Grundahl was chosen by a panel of judges from Case Design/Remodeling, Inc., Hanley-Wood and Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies. The judging was based on four principal criteria: business acumen; financial strength, community and industry involvement and entrepreneurial spirit.
