MADISON, WI — DeWitt Ross & Stevens is pleased to announce the addition of John C. Gardner to the Employment Relations and Litigation groups. Gardner joins the firm as an associate in our Madison, Wisconsin office.

Gardner is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on labor and employment matters and general commercial disputes. He represents and counsels clients with respect to a wide variety of issues, including employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, contract disputes, trade secrets and other commercial matters. Gardner is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin and Illinois state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Gardner earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000, and graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2004. He was the Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Marquette University Law Review during the 2003-04 school year.
