Newly developed position will further commitment to client service
MENASHA, Wis. – Faith Technologies has announced that Charlie Fredrickson has joined the company as Director of Pre-construction Services, a newly developed position furthering Faith Technologies’ commitment to client service and project delivery.
In this new role, Fredrickson will oversee CAD/BIM, estimating and engineering/design operations throughout the entire organization. Having more than 14 years of experience in construction management, he will serve as a pivotal role within the company to connect the cost, schedule and design expertise throughout the pre-construction planning for Faith Technologies’ clients.

While Faith Technologies has offered preconstruction services for many years, clients have been asking for earlier involvement on projects and the organization wanted to formalize the efforts to best serve its clients and partners. This service will allow Faith Technologies to take the experience gained in the field and design a project that is easily constructed with cost estimates that are accurate and reliable.
Previous to joining Faith Technologies, Fredrickson served as Partner and Vice President of Project Delivery for Community Living Solutions LLC, where he managed the development of project delivery system and tools. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, he is a member of the US Green Building Council, Association of General Contractors, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
