MADISON, WI, February 12, 2010 – First Business Capital Corp. announced today that Kurts Strelnieks and Brian Benz have accepted positions as Vice President – Account Executive. First Business Capital Corp. is a part of First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ).
Kurts will be responsible for managing existing client relationships at First Business Capital Corp. He has over 20 years of banking experience, primarily in asset-based lending. Past asset-based lending experience includes positions at Associated Commercial Finance, LaSalle Business Credit, Firstar Financial Services, and Norwest Business Credit. He graduated from Augsburg College with an Accounting degree and the University of St. Thomas with an MBA. He has been a board member of local chapters of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Brian will be responsible for managing existing client relationships within First Business Capital Corp. He has over 13 years of asset-based lending experience which includes four years at Bank of America Business Capital and five years at GE Capital. Brian received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ball State University.
