MILWAUKEE, May 20 /PRNewswire/ — The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) today authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable July 3, 2008 to shareholders of record June 13, 2008.
